Reviews
Only a client who actually paid for and completed a job can review it. Reviews cannot be bought, traded, or solicited for payment.
Reviews are not removed for being negative. A provider may reply publicly to a review; they cannot have it taken down.
What gets removed
Insults and hate speech, sexual content, another person’s private data, and attempts to take the transaction off the platform (phone numbers, invitations to pay outside it).
A clearly abusive review is hidden automatically and reviewed by a human. A provider reporting a review is never, on its own, enough to hide it.
Messages
Messages are never deleted by automatic moderation: they can be flagged and reviewed, but your conversation is yours and stays readable by both of you.
Portfolio photos and documents
Portfolio photos must be your own work. Identity documents submitted for verification are used only for that and are never published.
Appealing
If content of yours was hidden in error, open a ticket from Help & support.
